How do I level up in the system?
There are ten (10) levels in total. The higher it is, the more valuable the content inside the case. You need to refill the balance by a certain amount to get a level.
How many cases can I open?
Each day has one entire deposit case that you can open. If you do not have time to open it, the next one will be available, and this case will burn. Don't worry. You can always open paid cases on the main page, refill your balance, and get free cases again!
If I use the balance on the site, will the deposit case be lost?
No. The balance on the site and the deposit case are different. You can use the balance to open cases, play games on the site, etc.
Do my deposits help me to increase the level in the system?
Each of your refills of the account will increase the level if the amount of your refill meets the level required to receive it.
What happens if my level goes down to zero?
Unfortunately, it means that you can no longer open deposit cases. You must refill your balance to level up and open deposit cases again.
How often can I open deposit cases?
Your case will be available for opening once a day, regardless of your level or activity on the site. Specifically, the system will deduct cases daily, regardless of whether or not you open it. It is essential to keep this in mind when managing your balance and accessing free deposit cases.
What happens if I make a non-integer deposit?
All refills are cumulative, and if you deposited an amount that is not a multiple of the level received, it would count with your previous or future refills.
Can I open cases that are lower level than my current?
No. You don't need to open deposit cases from a lower level because they contain cheaper rewards. So you can open a deposit case only at your current level.
